Returns / Refund Policy

Afterpay purchases are only eligible for return for credit, not refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

If you wish to make a return, you may do so in accordance with the following process: 

 1) Email us via the contact form within 7 days from the date of delivery and provide 

a) your Order number and 
b) reason for return.

2) If your item is accepted for return we will send you a return shipping label and instructions of how and where to send your package. Any items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping will be at your own expense dependent on the reason for the return. 

Please note that:

• Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded on return orders; only the cost of actual items returned will be refunded.
• We will not be responsible for lost return packages so you may wish to use a tracking number or some method of secure postage. 
• Refunds or exchanges are only offered for items purchased directly from this Website via our online store and not goods purchased from JELLYBEAN JAH stockists.
• Any purchase made with Afterpay is non-refundable; instead you will receive a credit note to the value of your order. Afterpay is a separate entity.
• If you receive a gift with purchase, it must be returned with your returned item(s). Failure to do so will result in the RRP of the specific gift being deducted from your refund or credit.

If you are not able to comply with the requirements of our returns/refund policy, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange on change of mind items. 

For all international returns, please specify on the courier company's consignment that the contents are “RETURNED GOODS” so that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again and please post all returns to:
