Warranty

All items purchased from our online store come with a 6 month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects only.

The warranty does not cover accidental breakage and general wear and tear which includes scratching, tarnishing or fading.

Each piece of Jellybean Jah jewellery is handmade and some pieces require delicate handling. For this reason, please follow our care instructions that should be strictly adhered to. Damage from careless wear/storage or any improper care is not our responsibility. Please refer to our product care instructions in the Craftsmanship section.

In the event your item is faulty, please contact us via our contact form and include your name, order number, photo and description of the damaged goods.

• If the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item where possible.
• Damage from careless wear/storage is not the responsibility of JELLYBEAN JAH.
• We do not accept returns from items purchased from our stockists.
